How do I know if my climbing shoes are the right size?
Climbing shoes should fit snugly without painful pressure points. For beginners, we recommend a fit similar to a street shoe. For performance, most climbers downsize 1-2 sizes. Check our comprehensive Size Guide on each product page for brand-specific recommendations.
What is your return policy for climbing gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original, unused condition with tags. However, for safety reasons, life-safety equipment such as harnesses, ropes, and carabiners cannot be returned once they have left our warehouse.
How long does shipping take and do you offer international delivery?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We do offer international shipping to select countries; delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Are the crash pads available for local pickup?
Yes! If you are located near our flagship climbing gym, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to save on shipping costs for bulky items like crash pads and chalk buckets.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installments through Shop Pay for larger gear hauls.
Do you offer a warranty on climbing hardware?
All products sold are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. If you believe your gear is faulty, please contact our support team with photos and your order number to initiate a warranty claim.
