At The Boulder Planet Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next climb, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, load-bearing climbing hardware such as carabiners, harnesses, and ropes cannot be returned once they have left our facility.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of chalk or outdoor use.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for safety standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
